Humanity: Our work stems from our keenness to care for the prisoner as a human being entitled to human rights that starts with providing a suitable humanly environment, and goes beyond that to integration into community in a manner the prisoner become a productive individual in his community.
Volunteerism: Volunteerism is a core value in our work as the community work in general and humanitarian in particular must be based on the initiative and volunteerism to serve those who need to be served. Thus, NPF operates on the basis of volunteerism and community service. NPF also encourages all who act voluntarily to serve the people and community.
Credibility: Credibility is the foundation of trust we are building with the prisoner or our partners from various official and community parties or at the local and external levels. Credibility places us in a position of appreciation and trust with everyone we deal with.
Professionalism: We operate according to professional standards and principles. Our professionalism is not only an obligation to conduct our work according to the rules of community and humanitarian work; however, it is a criterion for judging our commitment to high level of performance in carrying out our activities.
Transparency: Transparency obliges NPF to work with clarity and enables us to share our work with the community. The nature of our humanitarian work entails community accountability. Therefore, the community trust is an important factor that is supported by our commitment to transparency in all our activities along with preserving the privacy of the prisoner and his/her family.
